SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

  • Standard Products: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
  • Print-on-Demand Products: Orders are processed within 3-7 business days as these items are custom-made after your order is placed

Processing time is separate from shipping time and includes order verification, production (for POD items), packaging, and handoff to our shipping carrier.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

All domestic orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping.

Print-on-Demand Products Certain items in our store are made-to-order using print-on-demand technology. These custom products:

  • Require additional processing time (3-7 business days)
  • Are printed and shipped directly from our production partner
  • May ship separately from other items in your order
  • Cannot be expedited due to the custom production process
  • Are typically final sale items (see our Return Policy for details)

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International shipping times vary by destination:

  • Canada: 7-14 business days
  • Europe: 10-21 business days
  • Australia/New Zealand: 14-28 business days
  • Other destinations: 14-35 business days

Important International Shipping Information:

Customs, Duties & Taxes International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country's customs authority. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are separate from your order total. SON VON RÉ has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Delivery Delays International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing, local postal service efficiency, or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Restricted Items Some products may be restricted from shipping to certain countries. If your order contains restricted items, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.

Order Tracking Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. For orders containing both standard and print-on-demand items, you may receive multiple tracking numbers as items may ship separately. International tracking may be limited once the package enters the destination country's postal system.

Lost or Damaged Packages For domestic orders, we will work with you to resolve lost or damaged packages. For international orders, once the package leaves the United States, claims must be filed with your local postal service. Print-on-demand items that arrive damaged or misprinted will be replaced at no cost to you.
